A 16-year resident of Hilton Head Island, Steve and his wife Julie are seasoned real estate and business professionals with a background in entrepreneurship and property management. Over the past eight years, they have built and managed successful real estate and rental companies, gaining extensive experience in the short-term rental industry. Through that experience, they learned what it truly takes to satisfy both property owners and guests—delivering exceptional service, reliable management, and memorable stays.

As the Property Manager in Charge of the rental division, Steve is deeply committed to building a company that reflects his values of integrity, service, and longterm relationships with homeowners and guests.
