Laurin Janning

Laurin Janning is thrilled to be back home on Hilton Head Island and to join Coastal Luxury Real Estate & Rentals. A Hilton Head native, Laurin graduated from Hilton Head High School before earning her degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University. After college, she moved to Chattanooga, where she interned at the local zoo and later built a successful six-year career in recruitment.

Drawn back to the Lowcountry and inspired to begin a new chapter alongside her mom, Laurin will be joining the Luxury Real Estate Advisor team as a Realtor® upon the completion of her real estate exam next week. Laurin is excited to bring her people-focused background into the world of real estate. She looks forward to helping clients find their perfect place—whether a dream home, an investment opportunity, or a vacation getaway.

When she’s not working, Laurin loves baking sourdough, experimenting with new recipes, hiking with her two golden retrievers, and exploring new restaurants around the island.
