In addition to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, Keller owns and operates multiple businesses throughout the Lowcountry and brings a uniquely holistic perspective to real estate. She is also a partner with her husband, Edward Welch, in Wabi Sabi Design and Development, where they design, build, and live with intention—creating thoughtful spaces that blend beauty, function, and lifestyle.

Keller specializes in working with developers on residential and commercial projects and enjoys partnering on investment opportunities, flips, and spec homes. Her expertise allows her to guide projects from concept to closing, offering clients and partners a seamless experience from vision and design through marketing and final sale.

Holding licenses and professional experience as a Realtor, Designer, Developer, and Stager, Keller provides a comprehensive, one-stop approach to real estate in the Lowcountry.

Beyond South Carolina, Keller also owns property in the Bahamas and is currently developing plans to launch a boutique health and wellness resort, further reflecting her passion for intentional living, inspired design, and creating meaningful places for people to gather and thrive.
